British rocker Yungblud has opened up about his sexuality, sharing that he now feels “less insecure” about identifying as pansexual.

The 27-year-old musician, whose real name is Dominic Harrison, reflected on his journey in a new interview with Attitude magazine, stating, “I am the pan man — I’m the f**king saucepan.

“I do feel like I am less insecure about it.”

That doesn’t mean Yungblud’s OK with the amount of discourse that happens around pansexuality, which he called “a f–king simmering pan” in his conversation. He previously dismissed claims of queerbaiting — a term used when public figures are accused of playing up queerness to attract LGBTQ+ fans without explicitly identifying as queer themselves.

Brunson, he firmly addressed the criticism: “I’ve f**ked everyone under the sun and that’s the vibe. Because it’s the [label] that allows me to be who I am; it’s the one with the most room for manoeuvre.”

“Do you know what I’m saying? And if it’s a vibe, it’s a vibe.”

He continued: “People can formulate an idea on something they don’t even know… if the person’s a vibe, the person’s a vibe.”

Yungblud’s upcoming Bludfest performance will take place at The National Bowl in Milton Keynes, England, on 21 June 2025.

This isn’t the first time he’s spoken openly about his identity.
