It's like Ed Asner, Elijah Muhammad and Secretariat.

Kramer: [enters] I thought we were friends.
Jerry: Here we go.
Kramer: I mean, how could you two keep this a secret from me?
Jerry: It's not true.
Kramer: Ah, enough lying.

What is the big deal?

Summary

No thanks to Elaine, Jerry must work hard to prove he is straight when a college reporter mistakenly reports that he and George are gay, "not that there is anything wrong with that." Things really get out of hand when the article is picked up by the New York Post. It was a show about "nothing", whose only real goal was to make its audience laugh without resorting to any of the typical sitcom tropes or family-friendly fare.

I was half-naked.
George: It's not true.
Estelle Costanza: Every day it's something else with you. Acceptance for these people only goes so far.

Thankfully, in the 15 or so years since this episode first aired, attitudes have become more enlightened. I'm Buck Naked.
Estelle Costanza: You're who?

As it turns out, the woman, Sharon, happens to be a newspaper reporter who is planning on interviewing Jerry. In the end, their worries were all for nothing. I'm not gay. I knew you looked familiar.
George: Oh, no!

Without a doubt, one of the best.

What are you doing here?
George: I leave you alone for two seconds, and this is what you do? I'm very, very gay.

George: Extraordinarily gay.

Only overly sensitive people can find any mean spirited humor in this perfect, and highly anticipated gay themed episode. It happens every time Jerry (or any other character) says, "Not that there's anything wrong with that." What they're really saying, of course, is that there's EVERYthing wrong with that if THEY are being thought of as gay.

They also give out accolades to pieces of media that they feel do the best job of executing positive portrayals of LGBTQ themes and characters. I'm a porno actor.
Allison: [turned on] Really?
George: Oh, my God.

Lighten up already!

I was blessed with two great episodes back to back, this season.

We've been close ever since.

Kramer: Come on, I thought we were all gonna take a steam.
Jerry & George: No! No Steam!
Kramer: Well I don't wanna sit there naked all by myself!

George: Two tickets to "Guys And Dolls"!
